two black ladies are suing southwest airlines because a stewardess said, "Eenie, meeny, miny, moe, pick a seat, we gotta go." This is because the original version of the rhyme contained a racial slur. I'm looking for a link, but it was in the papers a couple weeks ago.

We discussed this at length in a thread not long ago in which I posted at least 5 lengthy replies.

Nobody was arrested. People can bring a lawsuit for any reason, that doesn't mean that something was illegal. They were suing the company for some sort of discrimination. Not even worth discussing unless they win their case.

 

Most guns are owned by white people by the way.

Proof ?

I want numbers that reflect white population and black population in the US.

There must be a description of obscene language somewhere then. If you can find it, show me the word N-- on it and show that no slurs against whites are on it, then you'll have proved your case. Until you can do that, I'll assume that if it covers racial slurs, then it covers them against all races.

I said they whited out thir faces. and yeah, it sucks to be white. You have to walk on eggshells for fear of getting sued for something that, if a black person did the equivalent to you, would be perfectly OK.

As you can see, that wasn't central to my argument anyway, so if you disagree, you can just ignore that part seeing as how I'm about to leave work and don't have time to google.
