Question about SSDs/HDDs

I've got an 80gb SSD and a 1tb HDD. I'm gonna be running a bunch of stuff off the HDD because of space limitations. Will the programs run slower than they would off a standard HDD with Windows and the programs installed on the same drive?
 
No. Many will only run at about the same speed as if you weren't using the SSD, but they won't run slower. In fact, many of us have ran multiple HDDs as a means of speeding up our computers, prior to SSDs.
