Question about spot under my arm.

I was just setting here and rubbed about 2 to 3 inches under my arm pit. I noticed that there is a spot there that is harder than the rest of my skin. It is also a little sore or sensative. Should I be worried? I'll have to wait until next week at the earliest to go to the doctor since I don't have the money to go sooner. Do these sort of things come and go? I realize you guys are not doctors, but, well, I guess I was just wanting to know if I should be worried?

just go to the doctor or the dermatologist.

who cares if its "too soon" to go. it's never too soon to get treatment for something that MAY AS WELL BE FATAL!

I did do a google image search and maybe that is what it is? I might go to the doctor if it doesn't go away.
