Question about soap.

I use liquid soap.
Soap bars are so oldschool.

Generally my opinion also. When it gets small enough, the thing just vanashes into bubbles and suds.

I usually use liquid soap though, those little bottles for like 1.50 that automatically foams when it comes out. I currently have Cocoa butter as the ones currently in my apartment.

Now, the question is. When it gets to the level where the pump doesn't pick it up anymore, do you keep the bottles until you have several, and then pour them together? I generally don't, as I use the same small bottles and have a huge one I use to refill them.

I toss the piece of soap out. Can't be bothered to be that cheap for 5 cents worth of soap

I'd say that we get a "sliver bar" about every 2 months.

I guess soap is so cheap that it's a non issue for most though.

God DAMN that's a hot deal! $1 saved every 2 months!

Heh. Even worse is that a bar of soap (ivory) costs like 30 cents when you buy 10 packs. But if your time is worth 30 cents for gathering little bars of soap, fooling around with them, storing them in a bag somewhere and pressing it into a bar... go for it.
