Question about slimline machine

I want to build a slimline machine for divx and mp3 playing for my home stereo. What is a good mobo for this? I need something small, with good built in sound, tv-out, and LAN.
 
go with an Intel micro ATX board of some sort, I think they use the i810 chipset, anything along those lines will work.
