After I rebooted my computer, my SetiDriver settings seemed to go away. I had 7 WU's in the cache selected originally, but after the reboot, only 1 showed in that box, and it started crunching from the beginning of a WU. Is it supposed to just start from where I left off the original WU?

When you change any settings in SETI driver, be sure you hit the "save config" button on the right side of the screen or you'll loose your changes.

Hope that helps!

Check to make sure your date isn't set wrong. Mine was set to 1999 after clearing the CMOS once on a bad overclock and that messed up my SETI. Just a thought :)

Yeah, I had already clicked save config. I'm about to reboot, lets see if the changes remain.

Yeah, it worked this time. Thought I had clicked on save config before.

Glad you got it sorted :)

Now, the good thing is that you won't forget this in the future :D

Thanks. Another question - if I have multiple computers running seti using setidriver, is there any way of finding out how many WU each machine is outputting?

If you have them networked together you can setup a q and have them send the results to the q and it will keep track of each machine. That's what i do.

He's talking about SETIQ which stores WU's & gives individual stats on each machine thats pointed to it :)

Check out my upper sig link for an FAQ on SETIQ (v3.3xx)
