Question about selling M$ software

My father recently upgraded the systems in his office, and now has a bunch of systems he wants me to part out and sell. Since the systems' hdds have all been wiped clean, is it legal for me to sell these copies of software even though they're OEM? Is there any way I can check on M$'s website to know the status of these keys (considering that about four months ago I had to reinstall them all three times because of a virus one of his employees loosed on the network).

Thanks!

If he's getting viruses like that he needs to focus on more than selling off old crap.

What does the license agreement say about resale?

Oh, and I meant they should fire the idiot that let the virus loose, get some antivirus software, and stop using administrator accounts.

BTW, you DON'T MENTION WHICH SOFTWARE YOU WANT TO RESELL. I'm having trouble finding eulas for unnamed software. :Q

Sorry. They're copies of Office 2003 Pro with BCM, Office 2003 Small Business Edition, and Office 2003 Basic Edition.

Neither the CDs nor the fold-out cardboard 'cases' (with the COA & key) have NFR stamped on them.

Check the End User License Agreement for the software. It will explain what you can and cannot do with it. The company's lawyer can help you interpret it, if necessary.
