I've heard 1.38V being the "safe limit" for long term everyday use on an overclocked SB chip. My question is, is that 1.38V in BIOS or 1.38V in Windows? Due to factors like vDroop, setting 1.38V in BIOS will only give a maximum of around 1.32V under load in Windows.
