Question about resumes...

If I am going to graduate in May with a degree and I'm currently in a few classes that would effect my chances of getting a job, how would I put it on a resume. For example, I'm currently in a senior design lab and this lab is the last of 3 courses I'm going to have to take to get an embedded systems certificate. On my resume, if I'm applying for jobs for when I graduate, can I pu completion of the embedded certificate program? The cert would make it so I have a leg up on the competition...but technically I don't have it yet...
If you wouldn't list that how would you list it on there?

Put a line to the effect that the certification is in-process. Maybe like this:

Embedded Systems Certificate: In-Process, expected completion May 2003

if you want, list the classes that are needed for the certification as well...maybe:

class 1
class 2
class 3

leading to cert., date.

or something.

If you want to mention specific courses (rather than just the certificate), you can put what many put, as follows:

Relevant Coursework: xxxx, xxxx, xxx, xxx.

I really wanna put something about the certificate program...but I can't just list relevent courses because I want to keep the thing to 1 page if possible...

I'd do it like that. It's simple and to the point.
