For those who have seen it (came out on DVD yesterday), I have a question (spoilers ahead I guess?):

At the end of the episode, Tommy is frantically trying to revive a little girl whom the EMT's said was dead. After a long time of working on her, she coughs up what looks like is blood and starts moving around. The EMT's rush towards her and start working on her, he walks away slowly and lights up a cigarette. Everyone is just kinda staring at him as he walks away.

What this one of his hallucinations or did she die?
 
I figured as much - I was hoping someone knew something I didn't.


P.S. Just watched episode 2 of season 3 - hell yeah kicked his brother's ass!!! 😀 Stupid jerk deserved it
