question about ram timings

well i have the lilo rig in sig

i had her at 3150 the ram was 374mhz in 4/5 2-5-2-2 at stock voltage

but i was having memory glitches i think

anyway i upped the voltage .20 and she was fine
i upped the agp .10 and the cpu .50

my questions are what are max voltages read safe voltages also my cpu is 1.47 volts in bios
what ram timings should i try to get higher?without messing anything up?

it runs very fast but i don't want to blow it up playing lol

anybody got a hosting site found my asnswer at arstechnica

now at 3.23 letting her breathe a little to see the results oh overclockers data base lists 1 p4 2.8 at 3150

i might just have to post the results there when i'm done we'll see
