Question about RAM Speed

Ok, I have a P4 3.2 ghz laptop (2x 1.6mhz cpus) that has a 800mhz fsb. I have 512mb of pc3200 ram, and when it first boots it says that the dram is running at 200mhz. I was wondering what I have to do to get it running at the 400mhz that it is suppose to run at. I am pretty sure I have the latest BIOS update. The BIOS os this is very minum, I can't do anything from there. Is there a way to see exactly how fast my ram is running? It can support up to 1gig of 400mhz fsb ram, and if I can't get it past 200mhz then I want to get a gig of pc2100 or 2700 instead of p3200.

Anyone?

Ahhhhhh, ok, correct me if I am wrong, but I did some looking at the 200pin sodimm pc3200 only runs at 200mhz. I guess my RAM is running at the correct speed no?

EDIT: No, that can't be right, why would the specs say 400/333/266 then?

*confused
