Question about RAM Slots

Somehow, the idiot that I am, I managed to snap off one of the white pieces that clicks in and holds the memory when I was trying to install a stick. My question is, do I need a new mobo? or is the slot still usable with one snap thing? Is there replacements or something else I could use? I really dont feel like buying a new mobo etc..
 
maybe you could come up with something to secure the stick? like using a rubberband or tape, i dont know but you dont want it to fall out 😉
 
You'll experience some chip creep on that slot in a few months. So you might have to keep pushing it snug in the slot every week or so.
