Question about PS in case...

Without knowing the specs on the powersupply, I would stay away from it. AMD wants 30A on the 5-volt rail for any processor faster than a 1.2 or so. *Very few 300-watt powersupplies on the market provide that. While it may work, it may not.
 
I assume I can take the PS out of that case and put my own in, but then I would be a waste of a 300W PS....
