Question about providing stool sample

They gave me three cups to provide samples in. My question is, can I just put the samples in there tonight, and then leave the cups out in the bathroom overnight, and bring the samples to them tomorrow? Or do I have to deliver them within a certain time after "providing" them?

One of the cups has liquid and says to store at 20-30C (which is room temp). The other two don't have liquid and don't say anything about temp so I assume room temp is fine for those too. Thank god, cause I'm not putting that crap in my fridge.

TMI - Perhaps you should go ask this on a medically related forum or ask the people who ordered the sample.
