Question about Prime95

Ok so I'm trying OCing very slowly and carefuly becsue I don't expect much out of my value ram so I bump up y 3200+ a little bit last night and ran Prime95's stress test and I woke up this morning to find my puter off. I really don't think its my PSU because I have more than enough wattage @ 500w. I'm not complete ruling out a power outage or something like that cause I'm running the same test and haven't experienced any problems yet. So any other guess as to what could have caused this?
 
Its not the OC that I'm having the problem with its when I run prime95 after I OC thats when I have the problem. I guess tonight I will turn on my default BIOS setting and run Prime to see if it happens then too
 
In the hardforums it says all you need is for Prime95 to run for atleast 30 mins with no Problem while in the readme file it says 6+ hrs for some reason I'm having a hard time putting any merit to that guide now.
