Question about PCI Raid controller.....

I am running Windows 98 and my mobo is an Asus CUBX.For some reason windows is detecting a PCI Raid controller and unable to find drivers for it.I got the mobo used and have no discs or anything...I also HAVE NO IDEA what I would use this device even if I had drivers.Im not even very sure exactly what it does.

Im getting ready to move to Windows XP pro,I have heard about some probs with raid in XP.I just want to know if this is something I should fix or do something about before I attempt to upgrade?

You are looking at the CUBX-E.My board has 6 pci slots, not 5.Its has one ISA,not 2. This appears to be the one Here.
I have the manuel..and NOWHERE in the manuel does it say anything about "raid".I dont care about this raid thing at all.I just dont want to have any probs when I go to intall XP.If its not in the manuel or anywhere in the bios,,,Then where can I find out how to disable it?

That was going to be my next question, if you could find anything in the bios. You don't have an ATA100 pci card either, I suppose. Is this a clean install of Windows? Have you tried deleting it in the Hardware Manager?
