How can I add more options for shipping such as media mail, priority, ground, etc?

How can I change the price of an item based on how many orders?
For example:
one product for $24.95 from 1-2 quantity,
another product for $22.95 from 3-5 quantity
another product $19.95 from 6 to 10 quantity

Thanks for your help.
