Nope, once you send that money it's up to the seller to issue a refund. (I THINK)

Just go on and order it. I mean we alll know what you wanna do...
Who cares what we say. I'll say it. paypal will protect you, dont worry about any shady deals. That is what you wanna hear isnt it?

His last e-mail:

Since this is 'our' first transaction, i'll cut you a break. I have a
lot of
10-$100 items. This is not typical, but i'll let it go for $225+$5
S&H,
but i need to recieve payment by midnight so i can ship tommorrow. I'll
let
you know when i get more. Send payment to paypal@paypal.com or
call
xxx-xxx-xxxx in the next 10 min if you need me to send you a paypal
request
just leave a message. Thanks

I'm willing to take the risk if I know that it is possible to get your money back (stop payment) through paypal. I wish someone would just answer this for me.

I seriously hope you didn't go t hrough with this and its some kind of joke... Anyways, you keep asking the same question, and here, I'll let paypal answer it for you. It took me all of about 10 seconds to find the answer on their site... It is not the answer you want.

Click this.

I hope you go through with it then get ripped off because I can guarantee you ... you will hear "TOLD YA SO" 1000x

I have just sent an e-mail to damon@paypal.com asking him to please read and reply to your nagging question.

Hi IronOxide,

The only recourse you would have after sending payment would be a Buyer Complaint. It is important to note, however, that the Buyer Complaint Process would not guarantee recovery if you did have an issue with the seller. The process doesn't cover merchandise quality disputes (doesn't work, etc.)

I would highly recommend the 'Security' section on the PayPal site for some additional tips.

Look at his rating, if it's high enough, ask him to set up a BUY IT NOW auction at the price he specified, then you'll go and buy it.

Damon, thank you for responding to my e-mail.

IronOxide - Here is a link to the Buyer Complaint section of Paypal's help center.

Thanks guys that helped, I'm about 99% sure this product won't come, so I can let you all know how well the paypal buyer complaint system works.

Thanks for being the g-pig for us. Also thanks for donating party money to my friends in Romania. You're the man! I'll be sure to have them take pics of the party and post them here.
