If money is sent under "personal", neither the sender, nor receiver of the money are subject to fees.
If money is sent under "purchase" and it's a bank transfer, the reciever is subject to (in most cases) 2.9% + $0.30 in fees and the sender has no fees.
If money is sent under "purchase" and it's a credit card payment, the sender is subject to 2.9% + $0.30, but I don't see where it says if the reciever has any fees? Is that it, or is there also a reciever fee of 2.9% + $0.30 for a total of 5.8% and $0.60 for the entire transaction?
