question about overclocking

if i am planning on overclocking my e6400 to the 3.0 range with an aftermarket cooler, do i need to buy expensive ddr2 800 memory? or would my 675 gig be ok?

if you are using an intel chipset you need DDR2-800

if you are using an nvidia chipset you can keep your 675 mhz ram and use unlinked FSB to RAM

Depends on your RAM. If you have decent RAM you can probably loosen up the timings and push the voltage a bit.
