Question about Notebook Upgrades

Hey, I was just wondering if anyone knew of any sites that had guides on different labtop upgrades.
 
None really. Don't own one and never worked on one so I just wanted any site that had pics and stuff of the insides and some explanations about the different busses.
 
I don't recall any sites that weren't very model dependant and even then, there was not a lot to write about. Memory upgrades and replacing hard drives and cdroms are about the extent to upgrades for notebooks. Occasionally you can upgrade a processor but even that is rare.
