Question about NFS:Most Wanted and system requirement

EDIT: ok.I now have the full version and there is a MAJOR difference between the full and demo in terms of performance.

I can now put everything to max( except the texture filtering which is set to medium).

Im running the 1.3 patch, in 16x9 ( 1280 x 768, using resolution hack )



I download the demo, and i cannot put all the setting to max with my machine.Does the full game run better than the demo itself?

My system is a 3200 athlon 64,6800 gt 256m, 1g if ram 333 mhz

Maybe if a patch was released to optimize performance for your hardware or fix an issue with your hardware that could be causing the problem.

I run it at max, but my video card is better than yours. Smooth as butter, in fact it's smoother than NFSU2.

HDR : drool;. It should run at max... depending on the resolution your playing at. BTW, what res are u playing at??

Full game. Didn't bother with the demo.

The dynamic shadows look like ass anyway, so it was better turning them off.

Ya, I was shocked to see what big of a difference the shadows made. Screw 'em, it's not FEAR or Doom.

Edit: 720x480. My laptop doesn't have enough horsepower to do 1280xanything in NFSMW 🙁

Im going to get the full ver but in the meantime i am playing the demo, this game is sweet.
One question how do you set the game to use 4xaa/8xaf cause in the demo all it has is a slider bar for aa(And no numbers eg. 2,4,8 aa) and right now everything is maxed out.
