Hi,

I read most of what there site has. I have no personal experience with them but i hear nothing but good things. If its not too much trouble id like a quick rundown of there retrun policy from someone who's had experience in the matter. I Plan on making a purchase of about $300 dollars and I just wanna make sure i dont get screwed.

Thanks in advace,

It's pretty simple. As long as you didn't break it and it's in "like new" condition you can return it pretty much without problem. If it came broken it's no problem either. Just follow the instructions on their website for returns and you're good to go.

They have a 15% restocking fee on non-defective merchandise, but usually if you exchange for something of relatively equal value, even if it's a completely different item, they'll waive the fee. You gotta pay return shipping though.

Yeah, Newegg has a great RMA policy. They replaced my Windows CD when I lost the key, gave me *full* credit on a broken video card, and now they're replacing my defective motherboard.

Don't worry about it. :)
