Question about new vid card and more

Hello.
I'm thinking of upgrading my computer soon. I have a P3 500 with a TNT2. I'm going to buy a Powerleap 1.2GHz Tualitin Celeron soon.
I want to get a really good video card, but don't want to pay an arm and a leg for one.
I've been looking at the GF3 Ti200. Which one is good? Which one is a very good overclocker? Is there a major difference in 5ns and 4ns ram?
Also, is DVI worth it? I want to maybe upgrade from this crappy $70 17inch I have right now to a flat panel. Does DVI make a huge difference for flat panels?

I just upgraded my C300A/450 rig with TNT card to a C1.0Ghz rig with a 32MB VISIONTEK Xtasy 5632 GEFORCE2 GTS-V 4X/2X. I am OC to 200/320 from default 175/286. I've seen some posts to 220/330, though I do not know how stable there's are. Mine is rock solid. All in all a great card for $70 delivered!
