What is your explanation?
I rush in a rush and I wasnt paying attention.
You're kidding right? You are wanting to say that you broke the law because you weren't paying attention? You got caught speeding almost double the speed limit and you want them to just waive it off?
Pay it, deal with the consequences and learn to pay attention while driving the vehicle. What would you have used as your defense if you hit a kid crossing the street at a crosswalk because you weren't paying attention.
COME ON PEOPLE!!! TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR ACTIONS. There is a reason that you should pay attention while driving a vehicle that weighs at least 1,000 lbs and can probably go at least 70 mph. There is a reason they say the speed limit is 30. Usually it is because you are in a residential area where kids are likely to jump out and you have to react.
You want to take this to court and take up more of their time and use the taxpayers money because you don't want to have points against your record. Actions like yours are exactly why they have points. I hope they have a law in that state that allows the courts to assess ALL the time for the proceedings towards your fine if you do anything other than admit guilt and accept the judgement handed down.
