OK. We're watching the Muppet movie in my dorm room. Slow night. We're up to the part with Ralph the Dog. HUGE ARGUEMENT. Is his name Ralph? And if so, is the name "Ralph" short for anything? We couldn't think of any other examples except that kid in "A Christmas Story." HELP?
 
Rowlf, not Ralph for crying out loud. ROWLF!

Rowlf was one of Jim Henson's original muppet characters, in fact I think Rowlf was THE first of Jim Henson's muppet characters to get him any national exposure.
