well i ordered a 7800gs from them from evga. the CO edition, anyways i rodered sometime in the morning and my paypal was billed, HOWEVER, my order# still hasnt been emailed to me so i have no way of tracking it...

i was wondering if you guys who had past expierences with this company also had similiar expieriences...

Should i call them?
or what.. im confused


the bill is in paypal already... maybe the item number is order info?
 
One time it took newegg 24 hours to get an order receipt to me. You say you ordered this thing this morning?
 
Give em 1-2 days. Either the 7800GS could be OOS, although it doesn't take them long to restock, or maybe your order hasn't been looked over yet.
 
Dont be afraid to call Monarch if you have questions or concerns. I've always had good service from them.
 
Those clowns have not re-credited my CC even when I received verbal confirmation over the phone. This has been going on for over 2 weeks. Have placed a dispute charge with my CC company.
 
Monarch is usually VERY responsive if you telephone them. Obviously you'll want to remember to get the name of the person who assisted you. I order a lot from them because of the responsibility they take towards customers.
 
It amazes me people continue to order from Monarch - just proves "price is king" once again to me. Like $5 an hour know-nothing employees in box stores sprouting up accross the land Monarch is popular too🙁... Thier service and ship dates are the worst. They charge before shipping and show "in warehouse" 2 weeks in my case. If you can get someone on the phone since they never answer it then they will make you hold as if your time has no value.

I swore them off last year continuing to shop at A+ vendors like mwave, newegg and ZZF .. although ZZF has a similar phone problem.
 
Monarch is a very reputable company!!
I have never had any issues that were not resolved via a telephone call.
The issue was resolved almost immediately!!
