Question about Microsoft Word 2000...

Quick Q...

How do I set Word so that every time I open a new document or when I start up Word, the margins are 1.00" from the left and 1.00" from the right? I really dont like going to the margins to adjust it from 1.25" down to 1" every time I type a paper. Thanks in advance guys.

EDIT: I included the version. I don't see a "default" button in the lower left...

Yes. If you don't want to use the default margins, you can change the default settings. On the File menu, click Page Setup, click the Margins tab, and then enter the settings you want. After you set the new margins, click Default to have Word save the new default settings in the template on which the document is based. Each new document that you base on that template will then automatically use the new margin settings.

Oh, sorry gopunk, I guess you mean the print setup lower left. Thanks though.
