Question about memory and o/c

I have a 3500+ and raised the FSB to 239. I set my Dual channel 3200 memory at 166 so it went up to 199 with the Overclock. Do I need to adjust my memory voltage or timings at all?

Im running PDP systems 2x512 3200 memory at 2-3-2-5 stock. I plan to keep these settings. Never heard of PDP but the memory is running smoothly

You have some nice memory there--[[why am I such an idiot... IQ = post count - 500; see below]] it should be good for some overclocking.

You don't need to adjust things if you're stable.
FYI, timings really don't do much for you on the A64, so feel free to crank the FSB. Your RAM is probably good at 1:1 for quite a ways up there (especially since you're only at 239 FSB), even if you have to run CL3.

If they are tccd chips they run up to 280, so definitely run 1:1. You should be able to run 2.5-3-3-7 up to 250 at 2.8v.

They are Samsung memory chips. The TCCD refers to part number for the chip, I believe they are spec'd to run at DDR500 speed. Normal DDR400 using Samsung chips are TCCC. Like BH5 they are known for their overclocking potential. However they can run tight timings at low speed and should max out around 280 at loose 3-4-4-8 timings. Unlike BH5 they don't require insane voltage.

Most TCCD can run at 2-2-2-5 Mine are nice to about 224 then I run into prime 95 probloms 2.5-3-3-6 up to 240 2.5-4-3-7 up to 261 I haven't tried to push them any farther. YET
