You have some nice memory there--[[why am I such an idiot... IQ = post count - 500; see below]] it should be good for some overclocking.
You don't need to adjust things if you're stable.
FYI, timings really don't do much for you on the A64, so feel free to crank the FSB. Your RAM is probably good at 1:1 for quite a ways up there (especially since you're only at 239 FSB), even if you have to run CL3.
