question about madden 10 superstar mode

So I started superstar mode and can't figure out if there's a way for my player to get better... ie increase the stats. Does he just get better on his own over time, or do I go in somewhere and get points to distribute somewhere, like in NHL 09. I just have no idea how it works.

Nobody plays superstar mode do they

I haven't tried it on 2010 but if its like previous versions it goes up based on performance and the rating go up on his own.

from what I read though superstar mode got stripped of many things.

I love this mode in the last gen. If only they allowed more freedom of being a player. Shadow Complex has sucked up most of my time. so I haven't looked into it.

I played through a season using KC's number 1 pick T. Jackson. He is a 77 I think and after one season we has a 82. It is a pretty limited mode though. You can't see pro bowl votes, end of season awards or anything. You just play though.
