Question about Local Area Connection Status

For the "Local Area Connection Status" window, where it shows packets, is there a way to change from the number of packets displayed to number of bytes (win2k) ? I have seen it in bytes, I would like to change it from packets to bytes on my home computer.

I believe it shows Bytes for dialup networking connections, but not for local area network connections.

Mine only displays in bytes under a local area connection. I don't even see how to change it to packets, but I could be missing something. I'm not directly connected but going through a router.
