Would you characterize the level of discrimination experienced by non-Jewish Israelis as being more or less severe than that experienced by African-Americans here in the US?

I assume this is a joke?

In Israel, an arab applying for a citizenship is a joke. No citizenship, no rights.

No, this is not a joke, and I'm not talking about non-Jews applying for citizenship. I'm talking about non-Jews that are already citizens.
