Question about IE..

If I open up IE in WinXp and goto 'View' and then text size and small is there anyway i can keep that setting that way.. because it seems to reset everytime i turn my computer off.....

Yes, just follow these simple steps:

1. Find a large bat, pipe, or other blunt object.

2. Go to MS headquarters in Redmond Washington

3. Beat Bill Gates' head in with your weapon of choice.

Well that will be my back-up plan but till then.. lol.. is there any other way I can make this setting permanent??

You could try going to Tools->Internet Options->Accessibility and check the box that says "Ignore font sizes specified on Web Pages." Try changing the text size and rebooting to see if the setting remains.
