you can't get rid of 3-4 lbs per week and stay healthy. you'd be anorexic at that point.

the biggest calorie deficit you can do and maintain health is 1000 calories a day. 3500 calorie deficit is 1 lb of fat. so at most 2 lbs per week is healthy.

Didn't knew about that calorie thing - but I read that 1kg per week is attainable and safe for health, more is difficult and/or risky

Suggest you exercise every day, get into the habit of making it a part of your life, not just a temporary solution. Consider riding a bike, will be easier on your legs and helps break up the monotony.

is it better to excersize early in the morning (before/after breakfast) or around 5pm, or later like 10pm?

It doesn't matter what time of the day you exercise, as long as you keep the consistency & exercise everyday or every other day.

A few things.

Any exercise you do is better then doing no exercise. Doing 10 push ups and 10 situps during a commercial is better then sitting still. Heck twisting in your chair while sitting at a computer is better then sitting still.

What's better weight lifting or running? Well, that depends on who you talk to. You will burn more calories while running then you will while lifting weight, but you will build more muscle while lifting which increases your metabolism which in turn allows you to burn more calories while at rest. Really, the best answer is to do whatever you enjoy more. If you can't stand running you won't stick with it, so lift. If you can't stand lifting, you won't stick with it, so run.

What's better exercising during the morning or night? Well when do you have more time?

wrong. 90%? I laugh at your face.

I really don't have any time either way.

how about running for 20min or so in the morning and 20 min or so in the afternoon?
