Question About Heatsink and Fan?

I have an AMD Duron 800, and am looking at moving up to a 1.3 T-Bird. Can I, or even should I, use the heatsink and fan I have on my Duron 800 with that? Thanks.
 
What heatsink is it? In my opinion I would suggest looking into a Thermalright SK-6. Newegg has a really good price on them with the Delta Fan. The Delta's noise takes a little while to get used to, the SK-6 is a great cooler.
 
It's the setup that came with the retail box. I'm not overcloced and my temp never goes above 42degreees. I know the T-Bird are supposed to run hotter though, right?
