Question about hard drive

Just got my computer from monarch installing second hard drive and like in my other computer it's reading 130gb instead of 200gb like it should. Since they already have everything up to date what do I need to do in order to get it to read correctly? Just reformat the drive?
 
if you partitioned/formatted it in your other computer that couldn't support any larger than 130GB drives then you're gonna have to repartition and reformat the drive in the new computer to get the full 200GB
