Hey,
I am thinking about switching my computer from a full desktop, to a small shuttle. Now, my main question is, what special things would I need other than mobo (which comes with shuttle)? Could I use everything else already from my comp, such as VGA card, DVD drive, HDD, etc, or would I need new parts? So far, the only part I think I would need new would be my motherboard, but I can just sell that, anything else I would need to get rid of? Oh, I only use 1 PCI card. I am interested in a shuttle like this. Thank You Very Much!

Just so long as you don't have a card that takes up too much room like most the 5900ultras do then you can fit everything without issue as the cube is designed to accomodate regular PC parts.

I'm moving over to one this evening myself from a tower. I opted to buy a new processor and memory since I wanted to take advantage of the H/T technology. (2.8c and new PC3200 Cosair memory).

While I was at it I bought a new CDRW and 6-1 media card reader in silver to match the case.

I'll let you know how it goes, but the question of if you need anything else can't be answered unless you tell us what processor and ram you have right now. What PCI card are you going to put in it? What graphics card do you have?

P4 2.8C Ghz
Linksys Wireless 802.11b PCI card
Radeon 9200 (upgrade to 9500-9600 soon)
2x512 Crucial PC3200 Ram

If I do do this, do you guys think you could give me a estimate on how much I could sell my Antec True powe 330 watt, Black X-Dreamer (60 retail), and p4p800 deluxe for? Thanks!

Built my brother one yesterday :D

SN45G
XP2500 Barton
Maxtor 160GB
Kingston 512MB PC400
NEC DVD burner
Radeon 9800

It was a lot of fun to build and it looks just cute while at the same time being pretty powerfull. But i noticed you cant fit a large PCI card in there like some semi-pro videoediting cards. Wouldn't be a problem normally.
