In the scene where the first slave master sells Maximus to Proximo where Proximo grabs his nads, isn't he the voice of the slave master to young Anakin Skywalker in Phantom Menace?

My friends disagree with me but he sounds like him.
 
I have never seen Gladiator but I think in SW you mean Watto, right? Ahhmmmm...Methinks you need some help, yes?
 
Omid Djalili was the Slave Trader in "Gladiator."

Andy Secombe is the voice of Watto in "Star Wars I and II."
