I guess I don't know where this topic is supposed to go considering there is no "Cell Phone" thread so please forgive me if it is supposed to go someplace else. Anyway my work is buying me a Blackberry 8703e. I'm not too familiure with the blackberries except the fact that you can get your email and such though it. I've been reading the specs of the device and just have a couple of questions.
1. It says this device is bluetooth compatable. Can I get internet though hotspots with this. I'm asking could I for example go to a B&N and get on the internet 802.11 without going though Verizon's service. I imagine it should be possible?
2. Is this essentially just a sophisticated email device with a phone nothing more.
3. Are there any hacks for this device???
