Revolution, say it, Re-vo-lu-tion.

Still talking about the name?

Wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii

Admittedly, I still prefer Revolution. But I do like "Wiimote".

My fiance is excited to play (at least) the tennis game they showed at E3. So far I've only been able to get her to play Brain Age, Big Brain Academy, & Super Monkey Balls.

Ha, you caught me before my edit. My GF only plays guitar hero and Smash Brothers. I think I can get her into some more games on Wii though.

(Stupid Monkey Ball)

Considering the game is called Super Monkey Ball, your statement is obviously referring to monkey testicles. I give you one

I've decided that I will lie my pants off and tell you with false conviction that I obviously meant Super Monkey Ball 1 & Super Monkey Ball 2. Therein lies the need to pluralize "Monkey Balls".

😛🙂

why is there so much speculation about the specs and release date, esp being in october? it's pretty much all spelled out at usatoday

http://www.usatoday.com/money/companies/management/2006-08-14-nintendo-qa_x.htm

or am i missing something?

Yeah, they spelled it out by saying that they haven't released that information yet. The boxes to the left are purely analyist speculation. "Under $250" really doesn't sound certain to me. Especially when some articles have reps from Nintendo stating that it will probably be lower than $200.

Q: What can you tell us about timing and price?

A: We're well on our way to sharing all of that information with our retailers and our licensees. We'll be sharing that information publicly later on.

I dont know if this has been said yet (didnt feel like looking through the whole post) but The gamecube controllers will not be compatible with Wii games. There was an article on ign saying that games programmed for the wiimote will not work with the gamecube controller
