I am not sure if this belongs in off-topic, but i have a question. A guy wants to do a trade worth a lot of money, but he does not have any heat and I only have 4. He wants to cross-ship and take pictures of tracking numbers to show proof and what not. However, with an item this much, I am not willing to do that. I was wondering if there are any services which would facilite trades like these? Any help would be gladly appreciated.

Escrow services.

If it involves anything overseas, or having to shuffle other peoples money, walk away from the deal.

just as you dont want to take the chance, neither does he.

three suggestions.

Use a credit card for payment. that way, if you get nothing, you can call the CC company. Split any fees with the seller.

Use an escrow service. Split the fees.

Find a neutral party with high heat (over 250-300) and ship thru them. Make it worth his while and split that cost.

The guy didn't want to do escrow service or anything like that. I told him I am going to have to pass. I have no problem with sending first if someone has heat, (I am going to be sending first over $600 worth of stuff tonight with a member here) but this just seems like too much of a risk. Thanks for all your input.
