Question about fan controllers

Hey guys i have two cooldrive 6s to cool down my hdds and each of them has 3 fan controllers (4 with the fan inside each one)

I want to use speedfans auto fan control feature. However, I am wondering if i hook up the fan controllers from the cooldrives to the fans that i want speedfan to automate, will those two interfere?

From my understanding, SpeedFan will only control those connected to the motherboard's fan headers... so if you connected the fans to the CoolDrives SpeedFan would have no control.

So the four 120mm fans on my antec p180 wouldnt be able to be controlled by speedfan?

Ah, I see. So basically letting speedfan control my cpu would probably be a better idea than letting the cooldrives control it right?

Personally yes, I would just leave the cpu fan plugged into the mobo

what fans do you suggest... if any... i should let the cooldrive 6 controllers control?

once again my p180 will have 4 fans (front, top, bottom, back) i might put a 80X15 fan to cool my vid card in. PSU,CPU,GPU fans

Well, im not that familliar with cooldrives... so my suggestion would be just an opinion at best.

In my case, I just let the mobo take care of the cpu fan and the gpu fan I leave un monitored since it is pretty silent already. I am currently looking for a fan controller solution to control my 4 noisy case fans.
