Question about EVGA Geforce cards

Is there a significant difference between a EVGA MX400 64M and a EVGA GEFORCE-4 MX440 64M? Enough to warrant a $60 price diffference? The first is $120 (CDN), the second is $180. Just looking for a cheap upgrade to the voodoo3 cause the lack of opengl in winxp is pissing me off and besides I need a new card. My comp's only a 350 but as I get money this summer I'll be upgrading other parts here and there.

The 440 should perform better than the MX400. Both are pretty much screwy GeForce 2s. The MX400 is a highly underclocked and SDR GeForce 2. The 440 is pretty much a higher clocked GeForce 2 but it doesn't quite perform as well et cetera. I'd suggest getting a GeForce 2 Pro. Check out the performance here Tom's VGA Chart and there ya go.
