Question about ESPN NFL Countdown...

I intended to record it (for this reason only) this morning and forgot. But I was wondering if they talked much at all about Michael Irvin's situation?

I'm not overly concerned about it, just curious to hear their take. I'd guess ESPN had a strict gag on them. Anyone catch it?

I had it on last night after the game. Listening while working

Never heard a thing. Most of the talk was about the BCS

Thanks, but it doesn't quite sound like that was ESPN NFL Countdown. It's usually only on Sunday mornings around 11 or 12, I forget exactly. It was the pregame show that he was on with Chris Berman, Steve Young and Tom Jackson.

Obviously it's not a huge deal, so thanks anyway,

YOu think they are going to just ask Michael in casual converstaion... "Wow you had a crazy week hey?" Hell no EPSN isn't going to touch the subject with a 100ft pole period. Even though Irving is a hirrible commentator/"analyst" He should be fired based upon performance alone, let alone this drug crap.

No, they only mentioned it at the beginning when Berman introduced Ditka who was sitting at the desk where Irvin usually sits, and he said something like "Coach Ditka who is filling in for Michael Irvin who will be back with us next week, which we look forward to". That was it (unless I missed something)

About the only thing that has happened is Irvin interviewing with Dan Patrick on Patrick's radio show. Nothing on NFL Countdown.
