question about Epox 8KTA3 PCI slots

I've got an epox 8KTA3, 1.2 ghz T-bird and Geforce2 GTS in the mail, so I'm trying to get ready to set it up without any problems. I was reading the manual, but couldn't find out which PCI slots are shared. Any ideas? I'm plannig on adding a Linksys NIC and a SB Live and don't want any conflicts.
I figured after it boots normally I would load the latest BIOS, install Win98, then the latest 4in1 dirvers(v431). Any other tips?
Thanks 😀

You can asign irq's to certain pci slots. I'd install items one at a time, and look in windows system/device manager/veiw devices by connection just to make sure things are asigned to where they ought to be. AGP and PCI slot 1 are shared I beleive, and PCI slot 4 and the lone ISA slot are shared, though it's been awhile since I last looked at my manual.😱
