hi
I have a phillips dvd player which came with its own mpeg card. somehow my mpeg card stopped working. i was wondering if I could decode the dvd with software.
I'm running win2K pro, 256 ram,32meg geforce gts video.
thanks

Cybervisions' CyberDVD is also a good one. I've had better luck with this under W2K than WinDVD 2000..Regards

Hey, if you upgraded to Win2k, you have to install the new drivers for your DVD card....I think the Phillips DVD drives come with the Hollywood+ card, which does have working Win2k drivers..

I use CyberLink's Power DVD. Works great with W2K, a Pioneer DVD 105 player and a Matrox G400 video card. I also like the interface.
