That would be your opinion, while mine would be completely different. I've had the chance to play around with $15k plasma TV's, and to me they looked terrible

I agree, none of the plasmas impressed me as far as desktop display...DVD playback is very nice though. I'd take a DLP RPTV or FP anyday over plasma.

Yeah, even the direct view progressive scan HDTV CRTs can look better than 40" plasmas that cost 4 times as much.
