Is it normal to feel constipated while having diarrhea? Don't lock this thread, cause I am serious. I thought I got over my stomach flu yesterday, but today, my stoamch is hurting again, but I can't go, but I still have diarhhea 😱🙁
 
It seems to me, if you have diarrhea, you *are* going. Perhaps you're just having gas pains that makes you feel like you're constipated?

 
my doctor has already told me what I had (Gastrenteritis aka stomach flu). I was fine yesterday, and I could finally go naturally, but then before i had to go to sleep, I started getting stmach pain. This morning, it started again🙁

Don't worry, it's just your tummy and system feeling uncomfortable as it deals with the flu. Take some pepto, rest, and you'll be better soon.
 
try a supository. That may be a good idea or your decending and sigmoid colon my be absorbing a majority which could relieve your problems. This would delay normal regularity.
